Trucking Executive

About This Role

This executive role manages daily trucking arrangements and coordinates with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely pickup and delivery. The position also handles billing, documentation, vendor cost checking, and customer reports while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Issue billing and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately in the CW1 system
• Arrange trucking services upon receiving booking requests from customers
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trucking operations
• Prepare and maintain designated customer reports and operational records
• Follow up closely on trucking arrangements, including pickup, delivery, and schedule updates
• Sort, verify, and issue invoices, then submit them to customers within the required timeline
• Check and verify vendor costs against agreed rates and highlight any discrepancies
• Support daily operational tasks and handle ad-hoc assignments as required
• Be willing to work overtime when operational needs require
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, trucking, or freight forwarding (fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good follow-up and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
