About This Role
Driving refrigerated trucks for local deliveries is the main task of this full-time position. The role involves transporting goods from refrigerated centers to major supermarkets using roll cages.

- Age: 18-64 years (due to night work and mandatory retirement at 65)
- Junior high school education or higher
- Large vehicle driver's license

Important Details
- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-month unit), typically 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month (up to 80 hours per month, 960 hours per year during busy seasons)
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 105 days
- Days off: Sundays, national holidays, summer, New Year's, Obon (adjusted with client; holiday work may occur depending on client's convenience)
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
