About This Role
This role involves managing daily dispatching operations for trucks, coordinating with drivers and brokers, and ensuring the timely transportation and delivery of loads. It suits a detail-oriented and proactive individual to work from the company's Lahore office.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily truck dispatching operations, load scheduling, and route coordination
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and clients to arrange loads and ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve dispatch-related issues
- Negotiate rates with brokers and secure suitable loads while maintaining operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, load details, delivery updates, and transportation documentation
- Track drivers and shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and client requirements
- Communicate professionally with Australian clients, brokers, and transport companies
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily logistics operations and timely reporting
Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in truck dispatching or logistics operations
- Hands-on experience in the Australian trucking and logistics industry will be strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Australian trucking operations, routes, load boards, and transportation procedures is highly desirable
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple loads, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issues
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatching or transportation management systems is an advantage
- 1 year of experience in Australia (required)

- Relocation: Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Lahore Johar Town before starting work (preferred)
