About the role
Handyman Connection - Kitchener/Waterloo is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company serving the community for more than 20 years.
We have an immediate need for a skilled finish carpenter providing a professional service to our customers. Trim, Doors, and hardware are the most common requests.

Job Summary
- Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues and present a description of a work order to a customer.
- Installation of various trims, hang doors and door hardware, and framing of interior walls
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Design and construction of decks and fences
- Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
Job Requirements
- Driver's License and Insurance
- Your own tools, vehicle, and good references
- Experience in the remodeling or home repair trades (5+ years of direct experience)
- General Liability insurance (Preferred but not required)
- Must pass a screening process
- Must have a smartphone and access to the internet
- Registered with WSIB(Preferred but not required)
