About This Role
This full-time Triage Nurse role is for a bilingual (Spanish) nurse to join a fast-paced pediatric care facility. The position involves handling medical needs over the phone for families and their children, prioritizing patient care and empathy in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and care to all patients
- Empathize with patients while providing quality medical care
- Educate patients on all services offered to ensure they receive great healthcare
- Give instructions to patients as instructed by provider/triage protocols
- Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls, and forward calls to providers and other staff
- Schedule patients for any appointments as needed and audit charts to schedule well-child appointments
- Perform all other duties as assigned by nursing director

Requirements
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must follow JKP Core Values

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
- Locations: 12 office locations across the OKC/Tulsa metro areas
