Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Coalville dental practice. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.
The working pattern for this role will be full time, working either 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and late evenings as required. This is a fully practice-based position; please note that home working is not possible. Free parking is available on site and the practice is within easy reach of local bus routes and Loughborough train station. The successful candidate will have access to a dedicated TCO office, along with a company mobile phone and laptop.

What you'll be doing
- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
