Your Future, as a Treatment Co-Ordinator at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Hereson Rd dental practice in Ramsgate, CT11 7ET.
As a Treatment Co-ordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.
The working pattern for this role will be 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing
- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
