Lead end-to-end processing, tracking, and reconciliation of incoming collections, billing, and foundation donations. Assist the Treasury Manager in preparing accounting entries, schedules, and reports for investments managed by BPI Wealth. Support disbursement workflows, ensure full compliance with VAT/withholding tax requirements, and maintain accurate treasury documentation. Protect and safeguard foundation assets through rigorous cash management and timely bank/ledger reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection & Donation Management: Direct end-to-end processing, tracking, and reconciliation for incoming payments, billings, and foundation contributions.
- Investment & Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on accounting entries, financial schedules, and updates for external wealth-managed portfolios.
- Operations & Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate disbursement procedures, ensure strict tax compliance (VAT and withholding tax), and manage official treasury documentation.
- Fund Stewardship & Controls: Safeguard foundation liquidity through rigorous cash flow oversight and routine bank-to-ledger reconciliations.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–2 years in treasury, AR, or accounting operations (experience with donation processing or revenue receipts preferred).
- Core Competencies: Cash management, ledger reconciliation, tax compliance basics, and financial statement support.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and operational accounting/ERP systems.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and clear in cross-functional communication within fast-moving teams.
