Treasury Analyst

About This Role

This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks and functions related to treasury activities, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and managing foreign currency exposure. The role involves maintaining bank relationships and assisting with international reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform treasury month-end closing tasks, reconciliations, and journal entries related to treasury activities
• Assist with assembling and reporting data for reporting to the international parent company in their format
• Answer questions from the parent company on financial results
• Manage hedging, foreign currency management/contracts, and foreign exchange exposure/risk
• Perform banks and cash reconciliation
• Maintain relationships with banks, including communication and problem-solving
• Manage intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Monitor various balance sheet and income statement accounts for reasonableness and appropriateness, resolving any open issues found
• Update cash line sheet and ensure proper recording of all daily transactions
• Perform credit analysis
• Manage cash
• Handle bank investments
• Monitor monthly cash flow and forecasting
• Process international payments and collections with different currencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of five years of related experience in finance, accounting, or data analyst role
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet knowledge
• FX exposure and management

• SAP knowledge
