About This Role
Supporting regional Treasury operations in APAC from the Philippines, this role ensures smooth cash management, liquidity oversight, and basic FX exposure tracking. The position works under the guidance of senior Treasury staff and contributes to the company's financial stability.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and bank reconciliation activities under supervision
- Participate in the rollout and standardized execution of regional Treasury processes, including basic cash pooling and internal clearing activities
- Help collect, validate, and report Treasury-related data
- Contribute to dashboards and KPI tracking using Power BI/Tableau
- Support FX exposure tracking
- Perform routine hedging-related data entry and reconciliation as directed
- Work with global Treasury teams and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with regional business goals
- Stay informed on Treasury best practices and data analytics trends
- Support process improvement initiatives as assigned
- Assist in planning and coordinating smaller workstreams and deliverables under supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor
- 2
- SSC/BPO experience in finance, accounting, data entry, or process adherence strongly welcomed
- Familiarity with Treasury/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook)
- Aptitude for data collection, reconciliation, reporting, and basic analysis
- Interest in learning cash forecasting, liquidity metrics, and risk controls
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to document processes clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset; willingness to learn and adapt
Nice to have:
- Master
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- CPA/CA fundamentals, FRM, or treasury-related certifications (ongoing or completed)
- SAP, ERP, or data-analytics certifications welcomed
