About the role

This national civil contractor delivers large scale site development, infrastructure, and heavy civil work across earthwork, utilities, and engineered projects.

Full-time position with travel to project sites across the Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS, AL, FL). Schedule includes per diem and rotations, with time home approximately every 6 weeks

What you get:

  • $130,000 to $160,000 base
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • ~10% bonus
  • 401k with 4% match
  • 90% of medical/vision/dental costs covered
  • Unlimited PTO (actually used, typically 3-4 weeks)
  • Houston area
