MRI Technologist
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our radiology unit. This position involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Essential Responsibilities

Conduct MRI scans according to established protocols.

Verify patient identity and protect patient confidentiality.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of scans and protocols.

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols during imaging procedures.
Qualifications

Current BLS Certification.
-
ARRT certification.
-
Fluoroscopy certification.
-
No BSN required.
Work Schedule
This position offers 8-hour shifts, with weekend work required every other week. The MRI Technologist will be on-call during off-shift hours from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays as needed.
Facility Information
This position is based in a radiology unit located in City, State . The facility operates as an acute care setting.
Cancellation Policy
The facility may exercise the option to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for assignments shorter than that duration. Additionally, full hours may be compensated for a specific shift in lieu of cancellation.
Charting System
The charting system in use is Cerner.
Additional Notes
All required modules must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a delay of your start date without exceptions.
