What We're Looking For
- SLP candidates with active state licensure and CCCs strongly preferred.
- Open to SLPA applicants if supervision arrangements can be secured.
- Previous experience in school environments is highly valued.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 41 students, including service provision to 1–2 students at an alternative ed center.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, fostering communication development.
- Assess, evaluate, and document student progress and needs.
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
