Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to patients with complex medical conditions in the PCU.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Texas or Compact License preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong telemetry and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
