Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health Hospice RN to support an HCHB PointCare EMR transition, serving as a preceptor and providing real-time guidance during go-live.

Details

  • Home health hospice setting supporting Providence Oregon locations
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday
  • Involves three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site implementation support
  • Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday–Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday
  • Clinicians act as preceptors offering real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live
  • Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation

Requirements

  • Active RN license required (Oregon license pending is acceptable)
  • OR RN license required
  • At least one year of Home Health Hospice experience required
  • HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs
  • Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and teaching others

Additional Information

  • Gain hands-on experience with HCHB, EMR implementation, precepting, and AI-supported tools
  • No time off will be accepted during this short contract
  • Clinicians will not be expected to provide full-time bedside care throughout the assignment
