✅ Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
✔️ Ideal Candidate
- Active RN license (or eligibility to obtain Iowa licensure)
- Recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience
- Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for providing outstanding patient-centered care
