Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with outpatient experience. This position involves working with a diverse caseload, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload of 50-60 patients per week, providing comprehensive therapy services.
Work Schedule:

Shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM on at least 2 days

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Fridays

The other two days can be either 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:

Screen and build caseloads effectively.

Conduct gross motor assessments and develop treatment plans.

Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to:

Achilles Tendonitis

ACL Tear
-
Post-operative Back Pain
-
Calf Strain
-
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Disc Herniation
-
Fractures/Stress Fractures

Generalized Low Back Pain
-
Headache
-
Meniscus Tear
-
Osteoarthritis
-
Osteoporosis
-
Plantar Fasciitis
-
Postural Dysfunction
-
Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention

Rotator Cuff Repair Post-operative Care

SI Joint Dysfunction

Stenosis

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Manage neurologic conditions, including:

Qualifications:

Must have outpatient physical therapy experience.

New graduates or those with 1+ year of experience are encouraged to apply.
