MUST HAVE HOME CARE HOME BASE EXPERIENCE AND HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE.
**MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND
How many points a day/week? Do you require travelers to do "start of care", recerts, daily visits? 6.5 Day; Yes - SOC, ROC, Recert, Evals, visits.
What certifications do you require? BLS.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients CHF, ORTHO, PNEUMONIA.
What areas are they required to cover? Home Health.
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: No requirement but would prefer no new grads.
Shifts & Scheduling: 5-8 hour days.
