Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Home health care setting within a Physical Therapy unit
- Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday or shifted schedule options such as Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- 8-hour shifts with slightly varying day lengths
- 40 hours per week
- Uses a computerized charting system for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including employment dates and rehire eligibility
