Job Description:
This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within a home health setting, ensuring optimal rehabilitation for conditions such as CHF, Ortho, and Pneumonia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct "start of care", recertifications, and daily visits averaging 6.5 per day.
- Cover home health areas and handle a range of common diagnoses.
- Interact with the clinical manager or educator for support in emergencies or during regular hours.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Preferably experienced therapists, not necessarily new grads
