About the role
We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Natick, MA. Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing comprehensive mental health assessments and documenting findings
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Monitoring patient responses, administering medications, and educating patients and families
- Supporting patients during procedures and crisis interventions
- Ensuring safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Participating in quality improvement and advocacy efforts
- Providing culturally sensitive, ethical care and accurate documentation
Qualifications And Skills
- One year of recent behavioral health RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Physical ability to perform job tasks and effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle irregular activity schedules
