Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Setting: Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour weekend days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
EMR: Epic
BSN Required: No
License to Submit: Yes
Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles from the facility
Important: All submissions must include a copy of the candidate’s unexpired driver’s license .
Travelers will most frequently float to 6N and 7N. Float Pool RNs report to the clinical coordinator prior to each shift for their assignment. Travelers may be assigned a primary “parent unit” and will care for basic telemetry patients within their scope.

Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
Required Skills / Experience
- Med/Surg and telemetry experience
- Must be able to read and interpret cardiac rhythms
- All travelers must take and pass a cardiac rhythm exam
- No titration of drips required
Staffing
Every unit has a charge RN.
- Day charge typically does not take patients
- Night charge does take a patient assignment
- CNAs are utilized on all units
Scheduling
- 12-hour shifts
- Days: 7A–7P
- Nights: 7P–7A
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Weekend shifts: Saturday/Sunday
- Holidays: Travelers rotate with permanent staff
Orientation
1–2 precepted shifts

Cancellation Policy
Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract .
Recruiter Notes: Strong fit for an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN who is comfortable floating, managing 1:5–6 assignments, and independently interpreting telemetry. ACLS and BLS are required, and the candidate must pass the facility cardiac rhythm exam.
