🏥 L&D: 17 beds | 2 C-Section ORs | 4 Triage | 16 Postpartum
🕐 Nights | EOW | First to Float 📋 Charting: Cerner — experience required
📜 Required: BLS, ACLS, AFM & NRP
📊 Ratios: Labor 2:1 | High-risk 1:1 | Couplet 4:1
- Level III high-risk facility
- ~250 births/month
- Must be confident with vaginal exams, internal monitoring & high-risk deliveries
- Nurses circulate/recover their own C-sections
- Titrate Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin & Heparin
- Float to Postpartum as needed
- OB, neonatology & anesthesia in-house 24/7
- No call; holidays as needed
- Navy blue scrubs
- 3-day traveler orientation
