About the role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU/Critical Care role in an acute care hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing advanced patient care in ICU and PCU units
- Monitoring critically ill patients and responding to condition changes
- Titrating critical drips such as Levophed, Amiodarone, Heparin, and others
- Managing patients requiring respiratory support like ventilators and BiPAP
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including intensivists and respiratory therapists
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience
- Active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience managing ICU patients and titratable drips
- Ability to float between ICU and PCU units
Support And Resources Include
- On-site intensivist and hospitalist availability
- 24/7 respiratory therapy and monitoring support
- Charge nurse and nurse aide support
