Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience after orientation
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Unit Size: 118 beds
Typical Ratio: Approximately 1:6
Unit Overview
Large, high-acuity Emergency Department caring for a highly diverse patient population. Nurses must be comfortable managing everything from behavioral health and boarding patients to unstable, critically ill, and ICU-level patients.
Ideal Candidate
Strong fit for an experienced ED or ICU RN with:
- Excellent critical care skills
- Experience managing unstable and complex patients
- Strong adaptability and prioritization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfort with approximately 1:6 ratios
Schedule flexibility: Both 3x12 and 4x12 schedules are available.
