Travel Registered Nurse – Contract Opportunities
Location: Springfield, MA and surrounding areas
Position Type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts | Days or Nights
Anticipated Start Dates: September 21 or September 28, 2026
Weekly Compensation: $2,300–$3,000, based on specialty and experience
Hourly Rate: $60–$80/hour
Position Overview
Pride Health is currently seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract assignments at healthcare facilities in Springfield, Massachusetts, and nearby areas.
We are looking for qualified nurses across multiple specialties who are interested in short-term contract opportunities with competitive compensation and flexible shift options.

- Emergency Department (ED)
- Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele)
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Obstetrics (OB)
- Neurology
- Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Intermediate Care
Assignment Details
- 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Day and night shifts available
- Multiple start dates available
- Competitive weekly compensation

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license applicable to Massachusetts
- Relevant clinical experience in the specialty
- 2–3 years of recent RN experience in the specialty for which you are applying
- Required certifications may vary by department and specialty, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and NIHSS
- Ability to work the required 12-hour shift schedule
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Additional specialty-specific certifications may be required
