Role: MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to diverse patient populations and develop individualized care plans based on assessments
- Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Administer, record, and monitor prescribed medications
- Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions
- Perform clinical tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs
Qualifications & Skills
- Clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to respond swiftly to patient needs and adverse events
- Proficiency in medication administration and clinical procedures
