Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the IMU unit.
- Titrate titratable and set rate drips such as Nitroglycerine, Neo, and Cardene as required.
- Monitor all patients via telemetry, read strips, and interpret clinical data.
- Collaborate with charge nurse and house supervisor to ensure smooth unit operations.
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols including patient ratios and certifications.
