Assignment Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Location: Concord, New Hampshire
- Contract: 14 Weeks
- Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Shift: Evenings
- Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts
- Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Type: Travel/Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and individualized nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Perform routine nursing assessments and document patient information accurately.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures.
- Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
- Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
- Promote a respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required per facility requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working evening shifts from 3 PM–11 PM.
