Assignment Details

  • Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Location: Concord, New Hampshire
  • Contract: 14 Weeks
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week
  • Shift: Evenings
  • Schedule: 5×8-hour shifts
  • Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Type: Travel/Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, safe, and individualized nursing care to patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Perform routine nursing assessments and document patient information accurately.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures.
  • Perform wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
  • Follow facility policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety protocols.
  • Promote a respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.

✅ Ideal Candidate

  • Active LPN/LVN license eligible to practice in New Hampshire.
  • Current BLS certification preferred/required per facility requirements.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working evening shifts from 3 PM–11 PM.
