Experience or 'Must have' skills: At least 2 years of experience with Vascular/Endovascular; Prefers IR experience but not required. Must have experience with GE

Scrubbing required - Yes; Scrub, pass supplied, set up and take down of procedure room

Is there a Charge Nurse &/or House Supervisor on each shift?: Yes

OR techs?: Yes

EMR: EPIC

Shifts & Scheduling: TBD Will be discussed in interview (post at 36GH)

Weeknight call: 1-2 nights during the week.

Weekend/Call Requirements: Sat/Sun Call 7a Sat to 7a Monday; every 3rd weekend

Holiday/Call Requirements: Holiday call rotation

What is call response time?: 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: Yes, would float within like units, help with Surg Tech as well

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs.

Unit/Department specific orientation: Will scrub with a hospital surgical tech for a week.
Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks
