Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Infusion RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026.

Required Experience, Certifications, and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Travel experience required (NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS).
• Previous Infusion center and Outpatient oncology experience required.
• EPIC charting system experience required.
• Valid active nursing license must be in hand at submission.
• BLS and ONS/ONCC certification required.

Preferred Experience, Certifications, and Qualifications:

• ACLS and OCN certification preferred.
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred.
• Community Hospital experience preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accessing/Managing Ports, Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific, Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS), Administration of blood & blood products, Administration of chemotherapy, Administration of coagulation factors, and more as listed under the "Skills" section.

Special Requirements:

• All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed).
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with only medical/religious exemptions considered.

Patient and Unit Information:

• Patient Diagnoses: Solid Tumor Cancers, Lymphomas, Chronic leukemia, Iron Deficiency, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, Neuro-oncology.
• Special Procedures: Bone Marrow Aspirations, Intravesicular Chemotherapy for Bladder Cancer, and Intrathecal Chemotherapy.
• Special Equipment: Cyracom Interpreter machine, Blood warmer, Hoyer Lift, vein finder, and ultrasound-guided IV machine.
• Daily Census: 65-75 infusion patients per day.

Additional Details:

• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
• Candidates may be required to float to any Cone Health campus as needed.
• EKG Exam and EPIC EMR experience required.
• Hours may vary, working 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
