About the role
Role Overview The RN Clinical Management Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Home Health leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver quality patient services. This hybrid role involves in-office training and clinical support at various Florida locations, requiring live near one of these sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess electronic medical records (EMR) workflows, providing support as needed
- Assist with intake processes and admission decisions
- Facilitate virtual training for new and promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses
- Serve as interim Clinical Manager when needed
- Mentor new Clinical Managers
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the residence state
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system and Oasis experience
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in home health, home care, or health facilities within the past 5 years
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; willingness to travel regionally by car
