Job Description:
- Deliver top-tier travel customer care to global clients by managing flight bookings, detailed itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex GDS inquiries. Apply sharp communication and analytical skills to provide accurate, compliant resolutions and maintain an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 24 months GDS experience
- At least High School Graduate ( Old Curriculum), Senior High School graduate, College level, or College graduate
