About the role
Position Overview: A Travel Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse (RN) is sought to provide specialized care for patients with complex cardiac conditions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, specialized nursing care to critical cardiac patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, interpret diagnostic tests, and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in critical care, preferably in CVICU or similar units.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on professional growth.
