CT Technologist
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified CT Technologist to join our pediatric imaging team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication skills to provide a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT imaging examinations on pediatric patients aged 0-18 years.

Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain high standards of safety and comfort for pediatric patients during procedures.

Ensure the production of high-quality images while adhering to established protocols.

Assist in coordinating patient care and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CT technologist role; pediatric experience preferred.

Current ARRT certification in CT and BLS certification.

Valid Washington state license for CT.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
Work Schedule
The work schedule may include weekend rotations depending on the shift taken. Limited on-call hours may be required, primarily during weekends, not exceeding 24 hours per month.

Facility Overview: 152 total beds including 70 NICU beds, located in a newly built trauma facility in Tacoma, WA.

Technology/Equipment: Siemens Definition Edge and Biograph mct flow edge (PET/CT scanner).
