Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a freestanding ER setting, requiring at least 6 months of current CT Tech experience and ARRT (CT) certification.
Details
- Freestanding emergency department setting with no inpatient beds
- Unit staffed with 4 CT/X-ray techs and 1 ultrasound tech
- Equipment includes a GE CT scanner and diagnostic radiology room
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Kansas state Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic CT and X-ray studies
- Prior experience working in a freestanding ED preferred
- General Rad Tech experience preferred
- Ideal candidates are passionate, flexible, and easygoing
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; no local candidates accepted
