Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist requiring BLS and either RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI certification along with 2+ years of healthcare experience.
Details
- Cath Lab department setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Minimum of one day of call per week and every third weekend
- Call requirements subject to change based on demand
Requirements
- Current BLS certification required
- One of the following required: RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI (license required if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Additional Information
- Assist in preparing patients and procedure rooms for cath lab procedures
- Scrub for procedures and monitor/record hemodynamic pressures
- Address health education needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Manage patient care assignments and related organizational tasks
- Apply knowledge of growth and development principles in patient interactions
