Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist clients with their travel needs
• Promote and sell flight tickets, Hajj and Umrah packages, and holiday packages
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings
• Manage bookings, reservations, and related travel arrangements
• Provide professional customer service throughout the booking process
• Handle post-sales inquiries and assist customers with their travel-related needs

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into sales
• Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service
• Previous experience in travel sales or a similar role will be an advantage
