Role: Experienced RN Traveler in the Ortho Trauma unit.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to orthopedic and trauma patients, including comprehensive assessments, post-operative management, wound care, pain control, and patient/family education. Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience in orthopedic and trauma care, strong assessment and patient management skills, ability to work collaboratively, and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, manage post-operative and wound care, control pain, educate patients and families, and coordinate with healthcare team members to support recovery and well-being.
