Important Details
- Schedule: 8:00 to 17:30
- Overtime: average 2 hours per month
- Special overtime clause: In special circumstances, overtime can be extended up to 80 hours per month and 720 hours per year, with a limit of 6 times, after labor-management consultation
- Break time: 90 minutes
- Annual holidays: 121 days
- Days off: Sundays, public holidays, and other days according to company calendar
- Company holidays: Year-end/New Year, Golden Week, Summer holidays
- Weekly days off: Every week
- Paid annual leave after 6 months: 10 days
- Contract: 6-month contract with possibility of renewal (principle of renewal), not a full-time employee
