Transportation Manager

About This Role

This role oversees all transportation activities for the club and its members, including fleet management and vehicle maintenance. It involves identifying and resolving issues, ensuring billing integrity, and maintaining positive relationships with members and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation activities of the club and members
• Manage the fleet and maintenance of vehicles owned by Floridian
• Identify situations that require attention or resolution, and escalate to management when appropriate
• Follow all billing procedures for services
• Work with the Head Golf Professional and General Manager to ensure integrity of billing and department revenues and expenses
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, ensuring quality assurance expectations and standards
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward members, residents, visitors, and co-workers

Requirements

• College Degree preferred
• Jonas Software experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft products
• Previous experience in service-oriented positions in a hospitality setting
• Ability to work all shifts, including overnight, evenings, and mornings
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and create customer-focused environments
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
