Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers and distribution centres
- Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance schedules, preventative repairs and adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyse transportation costs, fuel consumption and route efficiency to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements
- Develop and implement transportation strategies and procedures to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transportation management, fleet management or logistics operations
- Proven track record in managing transportation budgets, reducing costs and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety compliance and environmental standards in Indonesia
- Demonstrated experience with transportation management systems and logistics software platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
