Job Description:

• Lead and manage the transportation operations team, including dispatch planning, truck allocation, and driver coordination.
• Oversee daily truck operations to ensure on-time deliveries, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitor and control transportation-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses.
• Manage fleet utilization and delivery schedules to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in making data-driven decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

MUST

• At least 3 years of experience managing truck transportation operations, dispatch operations, or fleet management, including experience at Assistant Manager level or above.
• Experience leading a transportation/dispatch team and managing daily truck allocation and delivery operations.
• Experience working in a logistics company, transportation company, or a manufacturing company with an in-house truck delivery operation.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, fleet utilization, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience managing drivers and transportation coordinators.
• Home must be in Prachinburi
• Intermediate level of English communication skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS) or fleet management systems.
• Experience in a Japanese company environment.
