Translator Mandarin

About the role

Translate and interpret communication between Mandarin-speaking management and Indonesian employees. Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation during meetings, discussions, and daily work activities, and assist in translating company documents, SOPs, instructions, reports, and other related materials.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and interpret communication between Mandarin-speaking management and Indonesian employees
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation during meetings, discussions, and daily work activities
• Assist in translating company documents, SOPs, instructions, reports, and other related materials
• Accompany Mandarin-speaking management during production and other operational activities when required
• Ensure information and instructions are communicated accurately between Chinese and Indonesian teams
• Assist departments in communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking management
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
• Perform other translation and administrative tasks as assigned by management

About you

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• HSK certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Good understanding of Mandarin business and workplace terminology
• Able to translate accurately and communicate information clearly
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
