About This Role

Translating documents and providing interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian is the core responsibility of this role, facilitating communication within the company and with external partners. The position suits a detail-oriented professional with strong language skills, ideally with experience in the power construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Translate company documents, contracts, correspondence, reports, and project-related materials between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian
• Provide interpretation during meetings, negotiations, site visits, and daily business activities
• Facilitate effective communication between Chinese and Indonesian employees and business partners
• Accompany management or project teams during internal and external activities when required
• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and appropriate for technical and business contexts
• Support administrative and project coordination activities as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information and documents

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Indonesian
• At least one year of experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with construction, electrical engineering, power generation, or EPC terminology is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites when required
