General Position Summary:
The localization department is divided into two teams: one for translation, and the other for reworking the translated text to make it more suitable for the game's story.
This position’s main responsibility will be translating Japanese text into English for games released in the United States and Europe, while also performing some coordination tasks with licensors to ensure schedules and deliveries are handled on-time.
RPGs are a genre in which NIS America excels, and story development is extremely important. Therefore, we are looking for people who can create words that will give users the same or even more excitement than the Japanese version.
Not only is there a process of translating the text, but there is also a later process that the programmer will do, which is embedding the translated text into the game software program, so the work process will also take this into consideration.
