Main responsibilities: Manages the translation portfolio in accordance with the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the team leader; Translates labels and user manuals into French for all types of products sold in NOZ stores; Identifies source language files/images and ensures that mandatory label elements are present; Verifies the compliance of source documents for translations according to the labeling rules defined by the client; Checks the translation archive for the reuse of translated labels; Guarantees that legal rules related to product label translation are applied; Reports daily on translations; Reviews and corrects translations before delivery in the final format, ensuring quality that meets client requests; Requests necessary information from the client in case of incomplete data (missing mandatory labeling components, unclear images, etc.); Guarantees that urgent translations are completed within 24 hours; Prioritizes urgent activities and respects deadlines; Participates in process improvement within the translation department, thus contributing to streamlining current activities. Desired Candidate Profile

Job requirements Education level: higher education. Foreign languages: French - C1 level; English (or) German (or) Italian (or) Spanish - minimum B2 level. Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook Mail. Programs used: Selligent, SAP. Knowledge of technical translations. Experience: Minimum 6 months in the field of translation. Key skills: Planning and organization / Respect for deadlines; Time management / Ability to prioritize activities.
