About This Role
This role involves supporting international sales and customer communication processes by providing written and verbal translation between Turkish, English, and Arabic. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can facilitate professional interactions with international clients and contribute to market development.
Responsibilities
- Provide written and verbal translation between Turkish, English, and Arabic
- Communicate with international customers via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Prepare translations of quotations, catalogs, technical documents, and commercial correspondence
- Understand customer inquiries and accurately communicate them to the relevant sales team
- Support communication with international customers and potential customers
- Provide interpretation during online meetings when required
- Contribute to international market research and customer development activities
- Support the sales and marketing team with language and communication-related tasks
- Have no restrictions on domestic or international business travel
- Possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive actively
Requirements
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Turkish, English, and Arabic
- Ability to accurately understand English and Arabic content and translate it professionally into Turkish
- Ability to translate Turkish content accurately and clearly into English and Arabic
- Ability to communicate professionally through email, WhatsApp, and online meetings
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work
Nice to have:
- Experience in international trade, sales, marketing, or the machinery sector
- Knowledge of international trade and export processes
- Experience in translation or communication within the technical products or machinery sector
- Familiarity with Arabic-speaking markets and business culture
- Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels effectively
