🚨 Transaction Services – Financial Due Diligence | Manager → Director
I’m currently working with a PE-backed professional services firm that is expanding its Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence team in London.
They are looking to hire across Manager to Director level, with a strong preference for candidates coming from a Big 4 Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence background.
💰 £110k–£170k base + bonus

The roles will focus on financial due diligence across M&A and private equity transactions, working closely with investors, management teams and other deal professionals.
I’m particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Big 4 Transaction Services / FDD experience
- Strong exposure to PE-backed / M&A transactions
- Experience managing client relationships and transaction processes
- For Director level, a strong commercial / business development and revenue-generation track record
