About the role
Duties
In this position, you will report to the Training Manager in meeting incident training objectives. Typical assignments include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing individual training records as part of training needs assessments process and scheduling training activities based on the assessment and availability of support.
- Completing logistics and preparing the required training materials prior to the scheduled training activities as directed.
- Instruct, using effective instructional skills and multiple methodologies to address different learning styles.
- Evaluate the training to determine outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Develop course curriculum and make recommendations for course revisions.
